Thursday, July 19th, 2007. First issue.
Shining with expectation, I received this afternoon my copy of Ocean Paddler Magazine. So far the reviews have been to my taste, timorous. It is the closest published thing to Vogue Uomo for paddlers. I swear it on my jodhpurs.
Dr. Douglas Wilcox is all over. There are notes on current expeditions I was unaware of. Some Derrick is planning to attempt Puerto Rico. Can you believe it? Articles by Jeff Allen, Justine Curgenven, Brian Wilson, Kevin Mansell and other colossi.
You will find the interview with Jeff Allen to be all but sublime.
Well written, there is nothing in the 84 pages of this magazine that I found dull or trodden. All in all, an excellent work. In an elegant black, the graphic design and quality are exceptionally good.
It looks great over the billiard table. I have tried it.
A caveat: Subscriptions for half the current price will end on August, 1st, 2007.

Bertie..
greetings,
Hans
It is indeed as well as the content. I wonder if you might show it to Rene. Bertie is open to foreign contributors.
