The Greenlander is a low volume, high performance kayak in true Inuit tradition that allows use for extended expeditions. This sleek kayak with hard chine profile and relatively small rocker should appeal to kayakers who love traditional designs that have considerable speed and seaworthiness. The Greenlander is a very fast and seaworthy kayak which can quite easily fit even larger paddlers. The boat features an optional day hatch and has a traditional hard chined design.
The Greenlander is designed with a round ocean size angled cockpit sloped down to the rear deck. While the cockpit is small, the slope of it allows easy entry and exit.
The Greenlander Pro is a longer, faster version of the Greenlander. The hull is 2 inches -50 milimeters longer and has a straighter rocker line. The Pro has a keyhole cockpit and a higher deck. The Pro version of the Greenlander keeps the traditional lines of a true Intuit kayak.
Both boats have traditional hard chined design and a almost flat back deck. The upward, pointed stern of the Greenlander regards a traditional Inuit shape that favours weathercocking.
The hull has a single chine while the front deck has three chines running into one, the single chine then runs to the bow.
